We have been making sauce for many years, only recently we decided to share a little bit of our tradition with you. It all started in a college marketing class. The Galapeno was used for a marketing project, during the presentation samples were offered to the students and professor. After the class concluded, 4 bottlers were sold and the professor asked why this wasn't being sold in stores.
Our secret is in the ingredients, we hand pick only the freshest peppers, processing each bottle by hand. Literally, this sauce goes from our kitchen to yours. Our goal is to only make enough sauce to fill orders for the week, this will guarantee you get the freshest product possible. We also use glass jars to seal in the flavor and freshness, but be sure to refrigerate after opening.
